A project will be started upon the receipt of a upfront payment that covers the cost of the project or the cost of carrying out the project until its first milestone. If you decide to cancel the project after receipt of the upfront payment the fee will not be refunded.

From the moment you get in touch I take efforts to ensure that I am able to add value to  your business. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the end-product I am able to commit time and effort to ensure that the end-product meets you needs.

If for any reason I am unable to commit time and carry out a project you are entitled to a full refund of the upfront payment that you made. I will make all possible efforts to get your project implemented by another consultant as applicable but in the event that I am unable to do so, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the upfront payment that you made.
